Touma was not someone who could ignore anyone in need of help. When he had spotted that lone woman lying down on the road, his first instinct was to immediately go over to her and make sure she was alright. In practice, this meant dropping everything he was doing at the moment and sprinting full-tilt towards her in a panic. It wasn't until he was practically on top of her when he finally realized that the woman was perfectly fine.

"You really shouldn't be lying around in a place like this. I thought for sure you had collapsed on the road from exhaustion or something." he said with a mixture of annoyance and relief.
