Broadly speaking, dragons have all of us outclassed. In beast form, we'll all ahead of humans, on the other hand.

Cats and ravens are faster than most, lions aren't as quick but are stronger, herons are frail but they're attuned to magic on a level the rest of us can't match...but that's all pretty general, of course. Individual variation is as much a thing with us as with any other race.
